The transaction date can always be changed. Only seven days prior to the move are changes to the date or time permitted. Future modifications could incur additional fees.
If you need to make adjustments between seven days and two days before the service begins, you will be charged 300 AED.
50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged for modifications made with less than 72 hours to go before the service begins.
Any date modifications that are requested after the aforementioned cutoff times are free of charge

YOUMOVE chooses the best partner from our network of partners for you. We run each of our partners through a number of checks before choosing a local business to fulfil your order.
We work with you to determine the date of the handover. The date of the handover, however, must be communicated to Youmove in writing at least one working day before the cleaning. To ensure acceptance, the inspection date must occur no later than 72 hours after the services were completed.
Our partner companies start in the morning between 07:00 am and 09:00 am or in the afternoon between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
During the booking process, the box packaging can be requested as an extra service. Moving boxes shouldn’t be overstuffed, and each one shouldn’t weigh more than 20 kilos. Light objects should be loaded on top, and heavier items at the bottom. Moving boxes containing glassware and plates need to be carefully wrapped, ideally with bubble wrap. Newspaper paper can stain, so its use is really only really appropriate in certain circumstances. It is always essential that the one who packs is also responsible. Additionally, even if movers take over the relocation and pack the boxes, valuables or computers are typically not insured.
The furniture’s dismantling and assembly can be reserved as an extra service.
This is quite variable. We can specify approximately as an orientation help. 25–30 boxes are required for one household. For every new person, we advise 20 additional boxes.
The emergency number will be provided to you one day prior to moving or cleaning.

You’re under no obligation to give movers and cleaners tips. You pay the fixed amount determined by YOUMOVE.
Cancellation
Cancellations which are made more than 14 days before the execution date are free of charge.
For cancellations within a period of 14 days to 7 days before the start of the service provision, you will be charged 50% of the agreed price.
For cancellations within a period of 6 days to 72 hours before the start of the service provision, you will be charged 80% of the agreed price.
In case of cancellations which are made less than 72 hours before the execution date, you will be charged 100% of the agreed price.
